Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Lead and deliver change management activities across public sector projects. Develop and implement change management strategies, communications, and stakeholder engagement plans. Support procurement-related change, ensuring compliance with public sector frameworks (e.g., CCS, G-Cloud, DOS). Conduct impact assessments and ensure readiness of business areas for change. Provide coaching and guidance to senior leaders and stakeholders on change adoption. Track and report progress, risks, and benefits to governance boards.

Proven experience as a

Change Manager

within the

UK public sector

.

Strong procurement knowledge

- experience with government procurement frameworks and processes is essential. Hands-on experience in managing organisational, process, and system change. Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing skills. Strong understanding of public sector governance, compliance, and reporting. Change management certification (e.g.,

Prosci, APMG Change Management

) desirable. PRINCE2 / Agile / MSP certifications are a plus.
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: 361.11-500.00 per day

Strong procurement knowledge: 2 years (required) UK public sector.: 5 years (required)
