We have an exciting opportunity within NHS Supply Chain for a Change Manager to join our major transformation programme.



The programme will touch many parts of the organisation as well as our customers and suppliers, and business change is a core component of that, and will enable us to increase our success in delivering and embedding this transformational change, driving greater benefits and outcomes for our customers, patients and the business.



We are looking to bring an experienced business change manager into the programme to ensure we deliver and embed the desired outcomes. You will have a strong background in business change management and excellent communication and relationship-building skills.


Every day you will ...




You will be responsible for the effective delivery of business change management activities across the projects within the modernisation programme, ensuring that the desired business outcomes are achieved, and the relevant stakeholders are ready and prepared for the change You will manage the development of business and customer impact assessments, stakeholder analysis and business transition and readiness plans. You will work in close partnership with the project managers in the programme, as well as an external delivery and assurance provider who will bring further change management expertise and support to the programme.

What skills will help you thrive in this role?




Significant experience in business change management across major programmes and projects Relevant Business Change or PPM qualification (PROSCI, MSP) or equivalent level of experience Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Positive, pro-active, can-do attitude Experience and knowledge of the healthcare sector, either public or private (Desirable) Good understanding of Logistics, Supply Chain and eRetailer organisations (Desirable)
