Change Manager (performance Management)

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Change Manager to support the transformation of our approach to individual performance management and the roll-out of a new competency framework. You will provide dedicated change management support to this strategic workstream, ensuring initiatives have a clear case for change, stakeholders are engaged and supported, and changes to policy, processes, roles, skills, and systems are aligned for success.




Sitting in the People team, you will contribute to the delivery of the People Strategy, helping to build high-performing, inclusive teams and fostering cultural transformation across the organisation.


You'll assess stakeholder impacts and organisational readiness to support smooth transitions, while shaping communications campaigns that engages the organisation and builds commitment. You'll define transition requirements for new ways of working and deliver targeted training needs analyses and interventions. A key part of your role will be coaching senior stakeholders and leadership to champion change and amplify impact. You'll mobilise internal networks and stakeholder groups to support inclusive performance development and help embed a culture of continuous improvement across the organisation.



What you'll need to succeed:



We're looking for a strategic thinker with a proven track record in leading organisational change. You'll bring:


Excellent communication, coaching, and influencing skills Strong analytical and planning capabilities The ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage ambiguity A commitment to continuous improvement and inclusive practice
Ideally, you'll hold professional qualifications or have substantial experience in Change Management, Organisational Development, Project Management, or Business Improvement.

Working Pattern:



This is a fixed term position until 31st March 2026 and may represent a suitable secondment opportunity for existing employees. We offer flexible working patterns including part time hours and hybrid working.
