Role: Change Manager - SAP S/4Hana - Manufacturing Client
Consulting Seniority: Consultant - Senior Manager
Day rate: TBC
Project duration: 2 years, starting mid-November 2025
Location: 2 days in Reading per week, 3 days remote
We're supporting a consultancy that specialises in business and digital transformation, known for fostering strong relationships while designing and delivering large-scale, complex transformations throughout the UK.
They're looking for a Change Manager with SAP S/4Hana implementation experience, and an understanding of the manufacturing sector to support their client.

Requirements

An independent consultant
5+ years' experience in change management, ideally gained within a consulting environment
Track record of leading and delivering change programmes or projects for large organisations implementing SAP S/4HANA
A reasonable understanding of the manufacturing industry
