Job Summary


We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Channel Account Manager professional to join our sales team in the UK office. In this remote/hybrid role, you will be responsible for developing and executing channel sales strategies to drive revenue growth through resellers, including IT resellers, Professional IT Services, System Integrators, Media, VARs, Telecom companies, and E-tailers.

Key Responsibilities



Channel Strategy (for the set account base):

Develop and implement sales strategies specifically tailored to the reseller channel, including joint business plans, marketing initiatives, and promotional programmes.

Channel Onboarding:

Identify, recruit, and onboard new or existing resellers and system integrators, guiding them through the process for transactions and partnerships aimed at driving revenue growth.

Channel Enablement:

Provide training, resources, and support to reseller partners to ensure they are equipped to sell and support our solutions effectively.

Solution Selling:

Drive solution-based selling by promoting bundled sales and configuration orders, such as packaging drives and value-added services with storage solutions to add value for customers and increase sales volume.

Performance Management:

Track and analyse reseller performance, setting targets, and creating action plans to ensure resellers meet sales goals and align with company objectives.

Customer Satisfaction Management:

Monitor and manage customer satisfaction levels among reseller clients, working closely with resellers to address any issues, gather feedback, and implement improvements that enhance the customer experience and strengthen long-term relationships.

Project Management:

Work closely with reseller partners throughout the sales cycle, assisting with deal negotiations, product requirements, pricing strategies, and closing opportunities.

Market Intelligence:

Attend trade shows, provide feedback on market information, and monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and reseller needs to ensure that our products remain competitive and relevant in the market.

Collaboration:

Partner with internal teams (e.g., product, marketing, logistics, customer support) to align reseller initiatives with business goals and ensure reseller needs are met.

Key Requirements



Proven experience in selling Data Storage products at a B2B level From a vendor or distributor background with experience of managing channel partners rather than end users Driving licence Competent at managing own time and workload
