We're looking for an experienced Category Management and eCommerce expert to drive retail excellence, and champion our Adults audience on a global stage. Be the thought leader who brings data-driven insight and bold ideas to the table and take our retail execution for Adult focussed products to the next commercial level.


We're pleased to share that we offer a hybrid working week arrangement called

, requiring 3 days in the office location and 2 days from home.


No relocation assistance is offered for this position.

Core Responsibilities



Lead the Retail pillar of our LEGO Adults Strategy

, setting direction and partnering with frontline category management colleagues to drive execution.

Define and track sales fundamentals

for Adults, course-correcting to deliver on ambition.

Create and embed a compelling Customer Value Proposition & Go-To-Market guideline

for the Adults audience.

Build persuasive commercial storylines

that secure retailer buy-in to our Adults strategy.

Partner with Market Groups worldwide

to translate Adults priorities into regional plans and Joint Business Plans.

Lead global thinking on eCommerce retail excellence

across all audiences ensuringour ambitions are reflected across the eCommerce landscape.

Champion the Adults audience in commercial forums

, becoming a voice for their needs across the LEGO Group.

Do you have what it takes.



Proven Category & eCommerce Leadership,

experience in category management, including eCommerce, within a large international manufacturer, complex retailer, CPG or FMCG.

Senior Stakeholder Management,

confident working with and influencing senior leaders across functions, with a track record of leading complex, high-impact projects.

Data-Driven Commercial Insight,

strong analytical skills with the ability to build and interpret models, translate insights into action, and guide strategic decisions.

Strategic Agility,

able to balance big-picture thinking with pragmatic execution, thriving in complexity and ambiguity.

Transformational Leadership,

history of driving commercial change through creativity, innovation, and effective change management.

Inclusive & Forward-Thinking Mindset,
