Sector focus: Construction, Workwear & PPE, Safety or Facilities Management
We're expanding our UK sales team and are looking for an ambitious Channel Manager to grow revenue within a defined segment of reseller partners. This role blends new business development with key account growth -- ideal for someone strategic, commercially minded and great at building relationships.
You'll be responsible for maximising profitability in your market segment by developing strong partnerships, executing portfolio-led sales strategies, and working with marketing to deliver impactful campaigns that help customers sell more of our products.
What you'll do
Grow revenue and margin across a portfolio of reseller accounts
Acquire new customers through proactive prospecting and conversion
Develop account plans that increase product range, cross-sell and upsell
Build strong and trusted relationships with buyers and commercial teams
Deliver regular performance insights, competitor feedback and market intelligence
Maintain accurate pipeline and activity updates in the CRM
Support customer onboarding, contract negotiations and stock opportunities
Represent the business at industry trade shows and key events
What you'll bring
Strong B2B sales and account management experience
(manufacturer or distributor level essential)
Knowledge of construction, PPE/workwear, safety or facilities sectors
Confident communicator able to engage stakeholders at all levels
Commercially sharp with a focus on customer success AND business profitability
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and work independently
Resilient, positive and proactive -- enjoys working in a collaborative team
Strong IT skills including Outlook, Word and Excel
