How you'll power our business as a Channel Marketing Manager
As a Channel Marketing Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering on our promise to do energy right by our customers. You'll take the lead in developing and rolling out marketing plans tailored to our national retailers and dealer network, covering everything from POS materials to multi-channel campaigns. Working closely with teams across the business and external partners, you'll create customer-focused strategies that boost sales, support safety and compliance, and bring our brand to life across hundreds of locations nationwide.
Here at Flogas, we may have a fossil fuels background, but we're working towards delivering 100% renewable energy to our customers by 2040. We're already supporting our customers to reduce their carbon emissions, by helping them make the switch from oil to gas. We're also developing our offering for technologies such as heat pumps and solar panels, beginning to help our customers reduce their energy consumption and evolving new bio-fuels and renewable gases. What we'll need from you
Channel marketing know-how with experience supporting national retailers and dealer networks
A track record of delivering integrated, multi-channel campaigns that drive growth
Strong skills in POS development, from design to rollout
Solid project management and the ability to juggle multiple campaigns
Confident communicator who works well with teams and senior stakeholders
Data-driven mindset, using insights to improve performance and retention
Experience across both digital and traditional marketing channels
Strong understanding of customer journeys and how to build long-term loyalty
Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms to enhance engagement
Ability to lead cross-functional projects and deliver results aligned to business goals
