The Firm is seeking a Channel Marketing Manager to join the growing Marketing & Communications team in its London office, working closely with the European sales team, The Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to plan, develop, and execute the region's strategic marketing initiatives in alignment with business objectives. This ideal candidate will have direct experience at a global asset management organization and a proven track record of delivering marketing programs for private wealth financial professionals.
The successful candidate will bring both strategic insight and hands-on execution capabilities--balancing day-to-day marketing activities with long-term planning. They will thrive in a dynamic, growing organization and take an active role in shaping marketing strategy, strengthening brand presence, and contributing directly to the firm's business goals.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute multi-channel marketing programs to build and strengthen advisor relationships across innovative marketing tactics; including, sales support, events, digital, advertising, and PR
Collaborate with sales to create impactful content and sales enablement strategies
Design a data-driven marketing segmentation strategy using third-party data sets and internal insights to build effective marketing journeys that generate qualified leads
Build customer loyalty through programs focused on value-add and thought leadership
Develop expertise of the wealth marketplace, data providers and third-party marketing partnerships
Drive product launch campaigns aligned with overarching marketing strategies
Establish measurable marketing goals, produce ongoing reporting on campaign metrics and sales influence, and marry industry trends and the competitive landscape to iterate on approach
Collaborate with marketing team - digital, editorial, and product - customizing outputs that resonate with your target audience and respect regional compliance sensitivities
Successful candidate will possess the following skill:
10+ years of marketing experience, preferably in financial services
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
Experience building and tracking multi-channel marketing campaigns (web/interactive marketing, email, social media, advertising, events, lead generation, PR, content creation, etc.)
Proven expertise in data analytics and digital marketing
Able to translate complex financial concepts into compelling marketing narratives
Experience with private wealth/intermediary channel preferred
Outstanding project management and communication skills
Knowledge of alternatives strategies in public and private markets is beneficial
Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance guide
Collaborative approach; able to engender support and effect change across the organization
Excitement for working in an entrepreneurial environment, sharing and establishing best practices
Full knowledge of the MS Office suite of products, and comfort with CRM and marketing technology tools such as Salesforce, Pardot, Seismic
Experience translating and tailoring materials for local markets.
Our compensation structure is comprised of a base salary and a short-term incentive program (cash bonus). Cash compensation tends to vary based on geography to account for local market conditions and is set to be market competitive. Compensation decisions are based on a number of factors including relative experience, overall years of experience, industry experience, education and designation.
