Softwerx is seeking a dynamic, results-driven UK Channel Partner Manager to lead the development and expansion of a new channel initiative for our 24x7 Microsoft Managed Security solution - secure365
This critical role will involve supporting the design and implementation of strategies to establish an grow partnerships, acquiring key channel partners, and driving sales through the channel ecosystem. The successful candidate will play a key role in the company's overall growth strategy .

Hybrid Role with regular travel across the UK and visits to the Cambridge Head Office.
Key Responsibilities
------------------------
Channel Strategy Development: Help create and then execute a comprehensive Channel management strategy tailored to secure365, focusing on identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new Partners.
Support the development of Channel marketing programs and initiatives that align with overall business objectives
Drive Channel sales performance by providing partners with the tools, training, and resources needed to effectively sell secure365. Identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
Build and nurture strong relationships with Channel Partners to foster collaboration and long-term engagement.
Develop joint business plans with Partners aimed at expanding the use and services of Softwerx solutions.
Monitor partner performance and take proactive steps to drive growth, reduce churn, and maximise value.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop co-branded campaigns, partner events, and targeted promotions to maximise Channel success.
Monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and market demands to adapt and refine the Channel strategy accordingly.
Provide regular updates to senior leadership on Channel performance, partner acquisition progress, and sales metrics.
Serve as the main point of contact for newly onboarded partners, ensuring satisfaction and providing ongoing support
Keep partners updated on the full product portfolio and share relevant market feedback with sales, commercial, and leadership teams.
Collaborate with internal teams--including marketing, business support, and commercial--to ensure smooth execution of channel initiatives.
Provide regular reports on partner performance, pipeline activity, and forecasts
Essential Experience
------------------------
Degree in Business, Marketing, IT or a related field.
Proven experience in Channel management, business development, or partner sales, preferably within the IT or cybersecurity industry.
Strong understanding of Channel structures, Partner programs, and sales enablement processes.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical mindset with experience in tracking and optimising channel performance metrics.
Strong communicator, able to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Familiarity with CRM systems and partner enablement tools
Preferred Experience
------------------------
Knowledge and experience of the Microsoft security portfolio.
Specific experience in the area of SecaaS (Security-as-a-Service) solutions
Five years plus cyber security sales experience
