We are seeking a driven and experienced
Channel Sales Manager
to lead the growth of our reseller partner network across the UK. This role is all about building, enabling, and scaling strategic relationships with partners who will help us expand vaylens' market presence and close new business opportunities.
You will:
Take commercial ownership for developing and executing a channel strategy to drive reseller-led revenue growth in the UK
Identify, recruit, and onboard new reseller partners, ensuring they are enabled to sell and promote Vaylens' solutions effectively
Build strong joint business plans with partners to accelerate pipeline and close deals collaboratively
Work closely with resellers on co-marketing, sales enablement, and go-to-market initiatives to position vaylens as a leading solution provider
Forecast and track channel performance, ensuring key metrics are met and exceeded
Act as the primary liaison between vaylens and our reseller partners, maintaining executive-level relationships and driving joint success
Collaborate internally with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless partner support and customer satisfaction
Establish vaylens as the preferred partner for resellers in the EV charging and e-mobility software ecosystem
Qualifications
Minimum of
5+ years of proven success in channel sales or channel management
, ideally in SaaS, e-mobility, energy, or technology sectors
Demonstrated track record of
building a channel business from scratch
and scaling revenue through reseller networks
Strong experience in
partner recruitment, enablement, and joint sales execution
Ability to influence and negotiate with senior stakeholders within partner organisations
Commercially minded with excellent forecasting, pipeline management, and sales execution skills
Proactive, entrepreneurial, and independent working style, with a passion for making things happen
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
UK-based, with the ability to travel as required to meet partners and customers
