Greaves Gardening (Glasgow)

Greaves Gardening are looking for a chargehand to work with the team and the manager.

Working from our Hamilton Depot.

Job Role

Help lead and guide the team.

Be on the tools in gardens carry out garden maintenance and tidy ups.

In time meeting new customers and assessing gardens.

Working in Glasgow, Edinburgh and in between.

The team works Monday to Friday unless something prevents work being carried out then Saturday working may be required.

Start and finish times vary depending on time of year and where work is being carried out.

You will generally start and finish your day at our Hamilton Deport.

The person

5 years of garden maintenance experience.

2 years of supervisory experience.

Be a positive person who can work under pressure.

Must have a full driving licence.

Must be able to get to our unit in Hamilton.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From 13.50 per hour

Schedule:

Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:

Hamilton ML3 9FS: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:

Gardening: 5 years (required) Supervising: 2 years (required)
Work Location: In person
