Charge Nurse
to join the team!What You'll be Doing
Support the Ward Manager and manage nursing teams during shifts Oversee patient care planning, delivery, and documentation Support crisis management and recovery-focused interventions Liaise with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care Mentor junior staff and promote professional development Uphold safety, dignity, and compliance with clinical standards
