JOB DESCRIPTION:



Full-time permanent position assisting the Scaffold Supervisor with the day to day running of the Scaffold Dept.


Take a lead role onsite ensuring all scaffolding works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Supervise a team of scaffolders, labourers, yardmen, and forklift drivers. Manage materials and equipment Act as a liaison between the scaffold team and various disciplines onsite to ensure that scaffolds are erected to meet the requirements of the discipline. Liaise with the onsite scaffold Inspector to ensure all scaffolds are erected as per design drawings and safety regulations.




QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:



ESSENTIAL:


Valid CISRS Advanced Card Working at Height Unit 2 qualified Capable of interpreting design drawings and erecting complex non-standard scaffolds.

ISOH Managing Safely


PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:


Demonstrated Leadership Experience Strong Understanding of Health & Safety and NASC Regulations Good Organisational Skills Highly organised and able to meet deadlines IT literate - Microsoft Office




WORKING HOURS


37.5 hours working week Monday to Thursday, with the possibility of Overtime. Working hours are 07:00 to 17:00 Monday to Wednesday and 07:00 to 16:30 on a Thursday. Overtime rates are paid at OT1 (x1.5) and OT2 (x2)
