Full Time Permanent. 42.5 hours per week (0800 -1700 Monday to Friday)



Salary up to 40,000 per annum



About Us




Pyramid Plus South, a joint venture partnership between A2Dominion and Mears Property Services, provides repairs and maintenance, compliance, planned replacements and fire risk assessment works. We successfully complete over 35,000 repairs, 1,000 voids and fit 600 kitchens and bathrooms annually to 23,500 homes. With a wide range of upcoming projects, there are exciting times ahead as we continue to grow!




Chargehand Duties


When Supervisors are on annual leave or away from the business you will need to help out with Supervisor duties:


Will be supporting the team with different duties

You will be there to support the Supervisors and Contractors

Checking all job variation

Will be helping to support with Admin Team

Diary monitoring for correct allocation of skills and time frame

Undertake interviews for new operatives / liaise with Mears recruitment

Induction of new operatives

More about you




Experience in Building Maintenance

Worked within a supervisory role

Experience in social housing

Good Customer Service Skills

UK full driving license


All our roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within the UK, Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship.



To drive a Mears vehicle, you must be aged over 21 have held your licence over 3 months and have less than 9 points.



Candidates should be aware that all our roles are subject to relevant DBS/Security checks before commencement of employment.
