Charity Fundraiser, Line Manager/team Leader (senior Fundraiser)

Job Description

We're looking for venue fundraisers with proven experience to join us in a Team Leader/Line manager role. We specialise in face-to-face charity fundraising across the UK and we're renowned for being good at it. Working with some of the most well-known charity names, we have poured our time and effort in to ensure that not only do we do what we do well - But that our staff are recognised and praised for their hard work and achievements. Wages are negotiable once work rate is proven.

We currently have venues and postcodes available to us across the UK and we're looking for the right-fit experienced staff to fill and expand in those locations, working independently or to develop a team/region.

You can expect



Fast track to team leading with proven experience Management support and training A negotiable wage, never lower than 12.60 per hour (up to 17ph) Flexible hours, 21-42 hours per week (senior positions expected to be filled on a full-time basis) Team/KPI bonuses Personal bonuses

We're looking for



A minimum of 6 months experience fundraising (door to door, street or venues) A full time commitment for team leading roles Ability to hit own targets whilst maintaining team targets A motivated personality Fundraising team leading/management
Please note: You will be expected to fundraise alongside your team as a team leader.
