Job Description

This role is to provide day-to-day leadership of the charity, reporting to the Consultant Chief Executive. The successful candidate will:

Provide operational leadership for the charity, ensuring it is well-known and highly-regarded in the local community, maximising available income sources to support the delivery of a sustainable business model

Have managerial oversight to ensure the delivery of safe and high-quality community transport services - but not be expected to manage the transport operation on a day-to-day basis. This is a charity-focused non-operational role

Have responsibility for all support functions such as income generation activities, finance, volunteering and administrative processes, ensuring they support the charity's needs efficiently and effectively.
