Salary: 10,869 - 11,704 per annum (depending on experience), based on a full-time equivalent (FTE) of 25,879 - 27,867, and inclusive of a 5% High-Cost Area Allowance per annum.

Overview of role
St Clare Hospice is a charity providing specialist palliative care to patients and families across West Essex and the East Hertfordshire borders.
We're excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Shop Manager at our Bishop's Stortford Town Centre shop, a vibrant space focused on sustainable, quality clothing and small household items.
This is a great role for someone looking to grow their management skills in a busy charity retail environment. You'll support the Shop Manager in running a professional outlet, delivering excellent customer service, acknowledging donors, and managing volunteers -- all while helping raise the Hospice's profile in the local community.
What we're looking for:
Retail experience
Strong customer service and visual merchandising skills
Understanding of working with volunteers (training provided)
