Job Description
We currently have a vacancy in our Sherborne Shop for a Shop Supervisor.
The position is for 2 days per week (13 Hours)
The Details of the role are as follows:
As Shop Supervisor you will be using your skills and retail experience to help drive business, and achieve targets.
Help to lead a team to deliver great customer service to our donors and customers. Help to recruit, train & retain a volunteer team, who'll look to you and the shop manager for leadership and guidance. Help to manage effective stock processes to ensure your shop is well merchandised with fresh, seasonal stock at all times.
Support in store campaigns to promote the brand and national fundraising initiatives.
Minimum Essential Criteria:
Customer Service Experience Previous supervisory Experience Cash Handling/Till work Organisational Skills
Desirable Criteria:
High street retail/leisure/hospitality background Charity retail Team Player Key holder/opening/closing Merchandising/Stock rotation
Hours & Package:
9:30am - 4:30pm 2 Days per week to include Saturday working
Rate of pay: 12.82 per hour
