Starflight Aviation are seeking an ambitious and driven graduate to join our sales team at Farnborough Airport as a private jet Charter Executive. No prior experience in aviation or sales is required, just the drive to learn, grow, and deliver outstanding service to high-end clients.

This is a unique opportunity to launch your career in the exclusive world of private aviation, where you'll be trained to manage private jet charter bookings from start to finish and become a trusted advisor to our prestigious clientele.

You will work closely with a Senior Charter Manager and receive comprehensive training on our processes, procedures, and the end-to-end coordination of charter flights, including preparing flight briefs and managing flight setups. As you grow into the role, you'll learn how to build and maintain a successful sales pipeline, engage confidently with high-net-worth individuals, and work directly with clients and airline partners throughout each stage of the charter journey. All of this while delivering service that consistently exceeds expectations.

Salary Expectations & Year 1 Progression:



Starting salary of 28,000.

Post 6-month probation salary of 30,000.

After passing the 6-month probation period you will begin working on call as part of a duty roster to cover evenings, weekends and national holidays, at this point the salary will increase to 30,000.

Once successfully completing 12 months at Starflight you will be eligible for promotion to a senior charter executive, performance dependent.

Job Responsibilities:



- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through targeted outreach, including desk research, phone calls and networking.

- Identify client needs and recommend tailored solutions from the company's portfolio.

- Participate in and lead client meetings to present charter options and close sales.

- Manage the sales cycle for qualified leads, from qualification to deal closure, including operational involvement until trip completion.

- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and loyalty.

- Accurately input and regularly update all new leads and client interactions in the company's CRM system.

- Conduct regular flight visits to oversee departures and strengthen client relationships.

- Work closely with the business development team to create effective marketing campaigns, including exhibiting at various industry events.

- Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new customers, fostering loyalty and satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements:



- Degree required - any subject type.

- Experience working in a customer facing role, and/or experience in the sale of premium products and services is an advantage.

- Airline or airport experience is an advantage.

- Outstanding customer service skills, client focused with the ability to build strong and long-lasting relationships.

- Excellent communication skills. Fluency in a second language is an advantage.

- Dedicated and adaptable, this role requires flexibility beyond the standard 9 - 5.

- Well organised with a logical approach to problem solving.

- Adaptable and focused in high pressure situations.

- Competitive and highly motivated.

- Good understanding of changing markets for both clients and suppliers.

- IT literate with the ability to learn the functions of new systems.

- Must be able to travel frequently and at short notice.

- Full UK background check will be carried out prior to employment.

- Must hold a valid full UK driver's license.

- Must have the right to work in the UK, including relevant documentation.
