Charter Sales Assistant
to join our dynamic team and help deliver exceptional service to our clients while driving commercial growth.
Role Overview
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining sales performance with creative marketing. You will play a key role in generating new business, converting enquiries into bookings, and supporting brand-building initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Respond swiftly and professionally to charter enquiries with accurate quotes and compelling proposals
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and industry stakeholders
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through proactive outreach and networking
Coordinate with our operations team to ensure the seamless delivery of each charter flight
Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns (online and offline)
Manage content creation for social media, website updates, and promotional materials
Attend key industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions to represent the brand
Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activity within our CRM system
Essential Requirements
Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Results-driven with a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently
Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
Must have the right to live and work in the UK
Desirable Skills & Experience
Experience in private aviation, luxury travel, or hospitality
Familiarity with charter flight operations
Experience in digital marketing or social media management
A creative eye for producing engaging written and visual content
