Job Description

Chartered Surveyor based in Peterborough. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality estate and farm management services, provide consultancy advice including strategic business reviews and diversification, manage client relationships, and contribute to wider office and team initiatives. Responsibilities include applying landlord & tenant law, agricultural legislation, and tax considerations, drafting budgets, managing invoices, monitoring P&L performance, identifying grant funding opportunities, and preparing work specifications for contractors.

The Candidate:
- MRICS-qualified Rural Surveyor
- Experienced in estate and farm management
- Knowledgeable in landlord & tenant law, agricultural legislation and tax considerations
- Strong consultancy skills, including strategic business review and diversification advice
- Skilled in budgeting, invoicing, and P&L monitoring
- Strong client focus, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to contribute to wider team initiatives
