Chartered/Senior Building Surveyor
Up to 65,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Package
A fantastic opportunity for a Chartered or Senior Building Surveyor to join a leading independent consultancy with a growing presence in Birmingham. You'll be part of a supportive, flexible team delivering a wide variety of commercial building surveying services to a top-tier client base.
This role is ideal for a surveyor looking to build autonomy, develop client relationships, and carve out a specialist path within a business that invests in your long-term career progression.
The successful Chartered/Senior Building Surveyor will:

Deliver core commercial building surveying services including contract administration, technical due diligence, dilapidations and building pathology
Manage a broad range of instructions across the commercial property sector
Prepare detailed, accurate reports and specifications
Advise clients on building contracts and project risks
Build strong client relationships and support business development activity
Have the opportunity to specialise and grow within the firm

To qualify for this Chartered Building Surveyor role, you must have:

Degree in Building Surveying (RICS accredited)
MRICS Chartered status
Strong technical knowledge and report writing skills
Commercially focused, with experience in a proactive consultancy environment
Confident communicator and team player
Full UK driving licence and access to a car

Chartered/Senior Building Surveyor will be on a salary up to 65,000 + Fee-Related Bonus Scheme + Laptop + Phone + Car Allowance + Private Healthcare (after 6 months) + Pension Scheme (after 3 months) + 25 Days Holiday + bank holidays.
