Overview

As a Chauffeur/Driver, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional transportation services that prioritise safety and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for transporting clients to various destinations across the site, but also occasional pick up and drop off at some places within 10 miles radius. You will be ensuring a smooth and pleasant journey while demonstrating outstanding hospitality. Join us in creating memorable experiences for our clients!

What you'll do

Safely transport clients to their destinations while adhering to traffic regulations and company policies. Provide top-notch customer service by assisting passengers with their needs and ensuring a comfortable ride. Maintain the cleanliness and mechanical integrity of the vehicle through regular inspections and maintenance checks. Manage schedules efficiently to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs. Handle luggage and personal items with care, demonstrating professionalism at all times. Communicate effectively with clients regarding travel plans and any necessary adjustments. Keep accurate records of trips. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and exceptional service delivery. Car park checks for litters and dispose of them accordingly during shift Must be available to work between 9am and 8.30pm

Basic qualifications

Valid driver's license. Good driving ability including luxury cars. Clean driving license

Preferred qualifications

Proven experience in customer service roles within the transportation or hospitality industry. Excellent communication skills to engage positively with clients and team members alike. Ability to navigate using GPS technology.
