If you're looking for a role that blends logistics, customer service, and coaching, then our Home Delivery Driver Trainer could be perfect for you.

Experience in onboarding new drivers, conducting assessments, delivering training sessions and monitoring performance whilst ensuring compliance will be key parts of this role.

Critical to ensuring our driver population is fully trained, you will offer specific focus on their ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Also essential is ensuring full compliance to company policies and procedures and relevant legislation including Health and Safety, Safe Driving and Manual Handling, by the driver population.

The ability to proactively and closely liaise with a wide selection of internal and external stakeholders will be required to identify where existing training / learning opportunities can be improved, or new ones created - in turn enabling drivers to continuously deliver an outstanding customer service experience, whilst also minimising damages and returns.
