We are a friendly, inclusive, nurturing school set in beautiful grounds, with a focus on outdoor learning in a semi-rural location on the edge of Windsor Great Park. The school enjoys a strong relationship with our local parish Church, St Michaels & All Angels, and the support of the Oxford Diocese.
The successful candidate will:
Be able to demonstrate that they have experience of school leadership, either as a Headteacher, a Deputy/Assistant Headteacher or as a member of the leadership team.
Be an active part of the school, engaging and communicating with all members of the school and wider community. They will provide thoughtful leadership to the staff and commitment to do the best for the children.
Will seek to build networks in the wider cluster to enable resource and knowledge sharing.
They will be seeking to develop themselves in the role, bringing new ideas and fresh thinking and encouraging others to share their own. Someone who will create an inclusive culture of continuous development and improvement within the school.
The ability to support, challenge and inspire our children, encouraging them to achieve their full potential.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to celebrate and promote high-quality teaching and learning and to challenge staff to develop their professional practice.
A positive and optimistic approach; be proactive and confident, and able to build relationships quickly.
Can provide inspiration and leadership which builds on the school's strong vision.
Qualified teacher status.
Lead with integrity, clarity and Christian purpose.
Be an active member of a Church aligned to Churches Together in England, Evangelical Alliance or align with or be sympathetic to the Christian values which are the foundation of the school, whilst maintaining an inclusive vision.
Be knowledgeable about safeguarding, SEND, inclusion and current national policies.
Be skilled at building strong teams, coaching others and modelling professional standards.
