. This role provides the opportunity to inspire children through cheerleading, helping them build confidence, coordination, teamwork, and a love of movement in a fun and supportive environment.
The club runs for
one hour per week, Monday, 3:30pm - 4:30pm
, giving children a weekly chance to develop cheerleading skills, routines, and team spirit.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise children during cheerleading sessions in a safe and encouraging environment.
Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities that develop physical fitness, coordination, rhythm, and teamwork.
Encourage confidence, enthusiasm, and enjoyment in performing.
Communicate effectively with parents and school staff about children's progress.
Ensure the training space and equipment are safe, organised, and ready for use.
Experience & Skills
Experience teaching or leading cheerleading or dance sessions for children.
Ability to engage and motivate children in a structured, fun, and safe way.
Strong communication skills in English for interacting with children, parents, and school staff.
A background in cheerleading, dance, or performance teaching is highly desirable.
