Integr8 Dance is looking for an enthusiastic and committed

Cheerleading/ gymnastics Coach

to join our team. We're after someone who can inspire children and young people of all levels - from beginners trying cheer for the first time, to athletes training for competitions.

This role is a great opportunity for a coach who is passionate about cheerleading, confident in their skills, and enjoys working with young people. You'll bring energy, creativity and motivation to every class, whether you're teaching an after-school club or helping to push our competitive teams forward.

What we're looking for

Ideally qualified to Level 1 or 2 in cheerleading (but we're open to the right experience, and can support training if needed) Experience teaching or competing in cheerleading, gymnastics or related disciplines Confident working with children and young people in school environments Able to balance patience and fun with structure and progression A strong communicator and motivator who works well both independently and as part of a team Organised, reliable, and confident planning sessions and keeping records Creative - able to design exciting routines, adapt on the spot, and bring fresh ideas to the team

Desirable skills and qualifications

Tumble qualification or experience Safeguarding training (can be provided) First aid certificate (can be provided)
