Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
ensure efficient workflow and adherence to health and safety regulations
Oversee food production processes, ensuring consistency, quality, and timely delivery of meals
Lead food preparation activities, including ingredient selection, portioning, and plating
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area in compliance with food safety standards
Experience
Proven experience in a professional kitchen environment, ideally within a restaurant or hospitality setting
Strong background in food production, food preparation, and cooking techniques
Extensive knowledge of kitchen safety protocols and food hygiene regulations
Experience in restaurant service or catering is advantageous
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
