We are seeking a passionate and skilled Cook and all rounder to join our kitchen team across our businesses . The ideal candidate will possess a strong culinary background, demonstrating expertise in food preparation and production, but must be an all rounder as you will be required to use the till, speak with customers, and work as part of a team. This is a dual site role, across both our cafe on Northam Burrows and our Chip Shop in Appledore, with work also at our main site The Royal George. We suggest that the ideal candidate would drive.
Duties
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food production and service.
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes while maintaining high standards of presentation and taste.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen environment.
Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and minimising waste.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery, including using the till.
Must be happy getting stuck in across the sites, every one helps with the dishes on on all our sites.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 12.21-14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
