We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef to join our Kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation, along with the ability to cope with a busy food service operation. Experience in a banqueting operation is preferable but not essential for this role. As a Chef, you will contribute to the smooth operation of the kitchen, maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.
Responsibilities
Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure dishes are prepared to the highest standards.
Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and hygiene practices within the kitchen.
Work along side other chefs to deliver high standards of food
Requirements
Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within a restaurant, hotel or hospitality setting.
Strong knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques.
Proficient in food preparation methods, cooking techniques, and presentation styles.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Can demonstrate reliability in prervious roles
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
