Duties
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes in accordance with menu specifications and quality standards
Oversee food production processes to ensure consistency, presentation, and taste excellence
Manage food safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations
Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service delivery
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering ingredients and supplies
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area at all times
Lead by example in demonstrating professionalism, teamwork, and leadership within the kitchen team
Requirements
Proven experience in a professional kitchen environment, ideally within a restaurant or hospitality setting
Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation standards
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication skills
Experience in food production, culinary arts, and hospitality operations is highly desirable
