We are looking for a chef who can deliver great seasonal pub food using quality ingredients.
The role includes preparation, cooking and service, and any other aspects of kitchen operations.
Candidates with standard cooking skills who take pride in their work and have a strong team approach should apply.

Ability to cook while following company standards & procedures
Proficient knife skills
Excellent time management
Attention to detail
In-depth knowledge of Level 2 Food Hygiene and Safety for Catering
