To provide customers with freshly prepared meals and to work within health and safety guidelines.
Main Duties
To ensure customer service is a top priority at all times.
To always treat your colleagues with respect.
To report for duty on time, using the company clock in system.
To achieve and maintain your Level 3 Food Hygiene Certification.
To assist in tailoring menus according to season and event calendar.
To prepare daily specials menu and communicate these with front of house staff.
To work with front of house staff to ensure the efficient service of food.
To prepare, cook and present food in line with required standards.
To maintain the appropriate levels of food preparation.
To make sure food is served promptly.
To ensure that all food allergens notifications are handled with the utmost professionalism.
To monitor food production to ensure consistent quality and portion size.
To follow portion control measures at all times.
To ensure a high standard of personal hygiene and grooming, ensuring any cuts/wounds are covered in the workplace.
To be fully aware of food safety management practices and follow these rigidly.
To follow rigidly and observe all hygiene regulations and ensure all HACCP protocols and records are updated daily as required.
To ensure proper cleaning and sanitation practices are rigidly followed.
To follow cleaning rotas as directed.
To ensure the separation of raw and cooked foods at all times in the fridges and on work surfaces.
To ensure all fridges are operating at the correct temperatures.
To ensure that all food is stored correctly within fridges and dry goods store.
To follow rigidly and observe all health and safety guidelines.
To ensure stock control and stock rotation guidelines are followed.
To ensure that all-reasonable care is taken for the health and safety of you, other employees and guests and other persons on the premises.
To partake in fire drills
To observe all safety procedures and rules.
To report and where possible take action on incidents of accidents or damage and recorded necessary information.
To attend all training courses as notified to you by Management.
To carry out any other duties as may be notified to you by Management.

Pay: 14.00-15.00 per hour
