We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. Responsibilities
Lead and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring efficient team management and collaboration
Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure consistency and quality
Develop and update menus in line with current trends and customer preferences
Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and hygiene standards
Manage inventory, order supplies, and control costs effectively
Train staff on food presentation, safety procedures, and service standards
Ensure timely delivery of dishes while maintaining high standards of presentation
Collaborate with front-of-house teams to optimise service delivery
Monitor kitchen operations to uphold health & safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
Proven experience in a culinary or kitchen management role, preferably within a restaurant or hospitality environment
Supervising experience with demonstrated leadership capabilities
Extensive knowledge of food production, preparation, and cooking techniques
Strong understanding of food safety regulations and hygiene standards
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Exceptional communication skills to lead and motivate the team effectively
Previous experience in menu development and food presentation is desirable
A recognised culinary qualification or relevant hospitality training is advantageous
