Responsibilities

Ensure efficient food production and service Be familiar with all aspects of food preparation, cooking, and presentation to meet quality standards Maintain daily kitchen operations, including inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness Develop innovative menus in collaboration with management, incorporating seasonal ingredients and current trends Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times Possess strong communication skills to contribute to a collaborative and professional work environment Monitor portion control and minimise waste to optimise operational efficiency Serve as a role model for professionalism, hospitality, and customer service within the team

Skills

Experience within a busy kitchen environment Extensive culinary experience with strong skills in food preparation and cooking techniques Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in hygiene management Experience working in restaurants or hospitality settings with a focus on quality service Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure Effective communication skills Passionate about culinary arts with an eye for detail in presentation and flavour balance Ability to adapt quickly and use initiative while maintaining high standards of service

Pay: From 12.30 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
