Duties

Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food production and preparation. Develop and implement menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and culinary trends. Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and training to enhance their skills. Ensure all food safety regulations are adhered to, maintaining a clean and safe working environment. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction. Monitor inventory levels, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock. Prepare high-quality dishes in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards. Manage kitchen schedules, ensuring adequate staffing during peak hours.

Proven supervising experience within a culinary environment. Strong background in food production and preparation techniques. Extensive kitchen experience, demonstrating knowledge of various cooking methods. Culinary experience with an understanding of diverse cuisines. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations within the kitchen setting. Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable, enhancing operational efficiency.
