Duties
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring a smooth workflow and high-quality food production.
Supervise and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment.
Develop and implement menus that highlight seasonal ingredients while adhering to culinary trends.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen at all times.
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, demonstrating expertise in various cooking techniques.
Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to ensure the kitchen is well-stocked.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
Monitor kitchen performance and make adjustments as necessary to improve efficiency.

Proven experience in a restaurant setting, with strong culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation techniques.
Excellent leadership abilities, with experience supervising kitchen staff and managing team dynamics.
