Job Summary


We are seeking a talented and passionate Brunch Chef tkitchen Brunch, strong background and kitchen management, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation. This role requires food safety, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Duties



Oversee all aspects of food preparation and cooking, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish served. Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and training to enhance their culinary skills and performance. Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed while minimising waste. Develop and implement menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and current culinary trends. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organised kitchen environment. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction. Monitor food presentation standards and adjust recipes as necessary to meet customer preferences. Handle any customer complaints or feedback regarding food quality or service promptly and professionally.

Qualifications



Proven experience as a Chef in a restaurant or hospitality setting, with a strong understanding of food production processes. Supervising experience in a kitchen environment is essential, along with team management skills. Extensive knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation methods, and culinary trends. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in hygiene. Excellent leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and inspire a diverse team. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy kitchen setting. A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional dining experiences to guests.
