As a chef you will be expected to support the Catering Management Team in all aspects of food creation and preparation for our onsite restaurant, cafe and events catering. You will play a crucial role achieving maximum sales and profit, motivating the catering team to deliver a high standard of food preparation, delivery and customer service.
As well as the day-to-day operation of The Tank Museum catering outlets, Events catering is an important part of this role. You will be required to use your creative flair for menu design and food preparation for a range of occasions; from small intimate gatherings to large corporate dinners of up to 250 people.
