We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of food preparation and cooking, ensuring dishes are prepared to the highest standards.
Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to foster a positive working environment.
Manage food production schedules to ensure timely service while maintaining quality control.
Collaborate with the management team to develop innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends and customer preferences.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including food safety practices.
Maintain inventory levels of kitchen supplies and ingredients, placing orders as necessary.
Train new kitchen staff on cooking techniques, equipment usage, and safety protocols.
Assist in serving meals during busy periods, ensuring an efficient flow of service.
Experience
Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
Strong supervisory experience with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods.
Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations is essential.
Previous experience in menu planning and development is advantageous.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
