We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chef to join our culinary team and deliver exceptional dining experiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, supervising kitchen staff, and maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene. Responsibilities

Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient workflow and high standards of food quality. Prepare, cook, and present a variety of dishes in accordance with menu specifications and customer preferences. Manage food production processes, including portion control, presentation, and consistency across all dishes. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area. Collaborate with management to develop new menu ideas and improve existing offerings. Monitor inventory levels, place orders for ingredients, and minimise waste to optimise costs. Serve dishes to customers when required, ensuring excellent customer service standards are met.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Chef within a busy restaurant or hospitality setting. Strong culinary skills with a comprehensive understanding of food preparation and cooking techniques. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in hygiene standards. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Experience in food production, menu development, and kitchen management is highly desirable. Hospitality or restaurant experience demonstrating excellent service delivery is preferred.

Pay: 12.21-13.50 per hour
