As a Chef, you will be responsible for creating exceptional dishes that delight our guests while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality.

Duties

Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food preparation and presentation. Supervise and manage kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment. Develop and implement menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and culinary trends. Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in compliance with health regulations. Train and mentor kitchen staff in cooking techniques, food preparation, and presentation skills. Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest quality standards before serving. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within the hospitality industry. Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and supervision. Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure. A passion for culinary arts and creativity in menu development.
