We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in food production and preparation, with a strong background in kitchen management and leadership. As a Chef, you will be responsible for creating exceptional dishes while ensuring that food safety and quality standards are met. Responsibilities
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food production and preparation.
Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high standards of cooking and presentation.
Develop and implement menus that reflect current culinary trends while meeting customer preferences.
Maintain food safety standards and ensure compliance with health regulations.
Manage inventory, ordering supplies as needed to maintain stock levels.
Train new kitchen staff on cooking techniques, food safety practices, and kitchen procedures.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
Monitor food quality throughout the preparation process to maintain consistency and excellence.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
Strong supervisory skills with experience in team management.
Extensive knowledge of food production techniques and culinary arts.
Excellent cooking skills with the ability to create diverse menus.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices.
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment is highly desirable.
