Duties
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area in accordance with food safety regulations
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed
Ensure all food served meets the highest standards of taste, appearance, and safety
Requirements
Proven experience in a culinary or restaurant environment, with a strong background in food preparation and cooking
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and front-of-house staff
Experience in food production, hospitality, or catering is advantageous
