Overview

Hello there. We are seeking a Chef to work at Enzo's pizza up at Rooftop Social Club Chester. Enzo's is a pizza vendor (along side another 3 food led vendors) serving a variety of Detroit style pizzas, Italian inspired sandwiches and sides. The venue currently trades 12pm - 10pm Wednesday - Sunday (this may change with the seasons). We're looking for an individual that can deal with multiple tickets, has experience with making and proofing dough, and enjoys working in high volume environments.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food production and preparation. foster a collaborative team environment. Develop and design innovative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and trends. Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with health regulations. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed. Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest quality before serving to guests.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within a restaurant or hospitality setting. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of food production. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards. Culinary qualifications or certifications are preferred but not essential. A passion for hospitality and creating memorable dining experiences for guests.
