Care Home Chef / Second Chef - Augusta Court, Chichester




At Augusta Court in the heart of Chichester, we're looking for an experienced and creative Chef to support our Chef Manager and help deliver fresh, nutritious meals for our 46 residents. If you're passionate about great food and want a role with real purpose and balance, this could be your next step.


What You'll Do




Prepare high-quality, home-cooked meals using fresh, seasonal ingredients Help design and develop our menus Cater for a range of dietary needs and allergens Support the Chef Manager and lead the kitchen in their absence Maintain excellent food hygiene, safety, and kitchen standards Assist with stock control, ordering, and organisation

What We Offer

About You




Previous experience as a Chef, Cook, or similar role (care home experience welcome but not essential) Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety standards Ability to plan and prepare meals to a high standard Confident leading the kitchen when required Creative, organised, and passionate about exceptional food
