Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Chef to join our team in preparing delicious meals and overseeing kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a flair for culinary creativity.
Hours will be a variation of daytime's (8am to 3pm) with occasional evening shifts (5pm to 10pm).
Duties
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes following standard recipes
- Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support
- Ensure food safety standards are met at all times
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment
Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality or restaurant industry
- Proficiency in food preparation techniques and culinary skills
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and equipment
- Relevant qualifications in culinary arts or hospitality management would be advantageous
