We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for food, and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences. Responsibilities
Prepare, cook, and present a variety of dishes in accordance with established recipes and quality standards
Oversee food production processes, maintaining consistency and excellence in all culinary offerings
Maintain food safety procedures, including hygiene standards and allergen controls, in compliance with regulations
Assist in developing new menu items in collaboration with management, considering customer preferences and current trends
Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock to minimise waste
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment at all times
Qualifications
Proven experience in a professional kitchen environment, ideally within a restaurant or hospitality setting
Strong background in food production, food preparation, and cooking techniques
Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in hygiene management
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure during busy service periods
Ability to cook with pans is desired
A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding customer service
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract
Pay: 13.00-15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
