8am to 4pm, 4 or 5 days per week (This can be flexible also)

(32 to 40 hours per week)

About us

Provenance Food Hall is situated in the heart of Westhoughton a busy and bustling market town just outside Bolton. We have a great offering from our own Butchers counter, cheese counter & deli, own bakery & patisserie. Along with a 55 cover Cafe / Restaurant open currently 5 days a week and specialising in modern Brunch style dishes.

DUTIES

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes that specialises in Modern Brunch dishes, full training and development given

Pre pare, create and cook a range of dishes that also available on the retail shop front, from pies to salads. Full training and recipes are created and taught

Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest quality standards and presented in an appealing manner as per agreed specification

Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed

Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe working environment

Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen and timely service to customers

Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role

Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary trends

Knowledge of kitchen equipment and tools

Familiarity with food safety regulations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.50-14.00 per hour
